NWOESC Book Study: Grading Smarter, Not Harder

This is a self-paced book study that affords you the comfort of your own space, in your own time, with no substitute plans to prepare. Invite a colleague to read and complete the study together! This book study will end June 1, 2022.

No refunds will be given to participants who drop the course or do not complete the study by the listed end date of July 31, 2022. Course participants will maintain lifetime access to all course content, however, Certificates of Completion will only be issued during the active dates of the course.

Learning Path Outcomes:

Participants will gain insight on grading and assessment practices that measure what students know without punishing them for factors outside their control, receive unit planning and retesting systems that make student outcome criteria known to students, and will critically examine the effectiveness of grading homework assignments.
