The material has been certified by Joanna Harmon, RN, BSN, NwOESC Health Nurse for Central Local Schools in Northwest Ohio and follows the curriculum developed by ODJFS and ODH. Please contact your employer prior to enrolling to verify acceptance.
Outcomes:
The objectives of this course include to define, identify and discuss communicable diseases, to gain knowledge of the major types of germs and signs of illness in children, and understand the prevention and control of communicable diseases.
